Tom Collier’s new CD, "Mallet Jazz” (Origin 82436), recorded at Capitol Records in Hollywood and Studio X in Seattle is getting lots of airplay and rave reviews. It features a wide array of material from easy listening to straight-ahead to 12 tone compositions. Dan played Bass on the album in addition to editing, mixing and mastering the project. The CD features Tom Collier on Vibes & Marimba, Emil Richards on Marimba, Joe Porcaro on Drums, Mike Lang and Piano, Don Grusin on Piano, John Bishop on Drums and Dan on Bass.

Live performances with Jay Roberts Quartet/Big Now Band, featuring Jay on Guitar, Brendan Scanlan on Drums, Robert Damper on Keyboards and Dan on Bass. Dan mixed Jay’s successful 1st album “Son Of A Dirty Guitar Player” - a tribute to Jay’s dad, and Dan’s good friend, Howard Roberts.
